There are times we are able to make a custom package for your business but a lot of times, we start off with the business coaching in order to streamline your business and set it up properly. We evaluate your business, make a system and then set you up with a monthly business package customized for you.

Joe's Plumbing
Joe has a Plumbing company. He is a small business with him and another plumber. They are both out in the field and can’t answer the phones, invoice, or even keep track of the “books”. We meet with Joe and find out what he’s struggling with, we review how we can help and we start with the business coaching plan which is done hourly as stated above. After about 1 month of working with him hourly with no set amount of hours, just on and off keeping track of our time and what we've done. Once we have a system in place, we know how to set up his custom package which will look similar to this:

The package above was set for Joe’s small business. He doesn’t have enough work to hire a full or part time employee. He doesn’t have many transactions coming through but still needs help with what he does have. So after working with Joe’s company for a month with our business coach hourly plan, we have determined this would be the best way to start his custom package. It can always change in the future as his business grows but it’s a starting point.
